AI wired into systems that already work

Retrieval pipelines with vector search over your own corpus. Agentic tool execution with typed contracts, backpressure-aware streams and strict multitenant isolation. Customer support agents and LLM-assisted operations for anomaly detection, traffic protection and real-time remediation, one programme of which cut customer complaints by roughly 70 percent. Regulated data is handled as regulated data: personally identifiable information is redacted and tokenised ahead of retrieval and never reaches the model, which in payments and telecom is the difference between a project and a reportable incident. The hard part is never the model. It is evaluation, cost per call, failure modes, and what the system does when it is confidently wrong.

AUDIO & MEDIA TRANSPORT

Realtime audio over links that drop packets

Composite MPX audio carried from studio to remote FM transmission sites across connections that were never designed to be reliable: PLL-style clock recovery, jitter buffers, stream timing and packet-loss tolerance. Broadcast is the unforgiving case for realtime transport, because a dropped buffer is not a metric on a dashboard. It is audible on air.

Apps that reach below the API line

Native Android work where the application talks to the device rather than only to a REST endpoint: handset and SIM registration, routing decisions taken locally, and payout flows that have to reconcile against a backend ledger. Built alongside the service they talk to, so the contract between app and platform is designed once instead of negotiated twice.

It ends in a written report a board or an investor can act on: what is solid, what is technical debt and how urgent, what remediation costs in engineering effort, and which risks are real rather than theatrical.

How the work is structured.

Low commitment at the front, so both sides find out quickly whether it is worth doing. Everything is month to month, and nothing is priced by the hour.

    Assessment

    One to two weeks, fixed scope and fixed price. Code, architecture, data, delivery process, risk. It ends in a written document you can hand to a board or an investor, and it stays useful whether or not anything follows it.

    Retainer

    An agreed number of days per week, month to month, with no lock-in. Architecture decisions, technical hiring and interviewing, code review, vendor evaluation, and hands-on work on the parts that decide the outcome.

  3. 03

    Advisory

    Availability rather than presence. On call within a defined response time for decisions, design and code review, and escalations, without fixed days. Suited to teams that have delivery capacity but not senior experience, and to boards that want a technical read they can trust.

    Delivery

    Staffed case by case rather than from a bench. Describe the shape of the work and you get an honest answer about whether we are the right size for it, including when the answer is no.
